Veggie Grill has new menu items. This here is the Crispy Chicken Plate. It’s the same chicken as on the crispy chicken sandwich, but crispier it seems. It comes with a side of cauliflower mashed potatoes and a side of lightly steamed kale.

I made this sandwich for Steve when he was in town for LA Ruby Conf staying at The Farmhouse.

Ingredients

• Daiya cheese, mozzarella and cheddar
• Garlic aioli
• Nutritional yeast
• Pan fried chicken style seitan
  • Spike
  • Braggs
  • Hot Pepper Sesame Oil
  • lemon pepper
  • garlic powder
  • BBQ sauce
